About these terms

These terms cover your use of Raimere, a free, fan-made catalog of Final Fantasy XIV glamours, and its companion in-game plugin. By using Raimere you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

About Raimere

Raimere is a community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Square Enix, Discord, or any mod creator. Final Fantasy XIV and related names belong to their owners.

Raimere links to mods on their creators official pages and stores submitter-provided preview images. It never hosts, caches, or distributes mod files.

Who can use it

You must meet the minimum age required by Discord (13, or older where your local law requires) and follow Discord rules when you sign in. Adult content is only for users 18 and over.

Your account

You sign in through Discord. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share your account or use someone elses.

Submitting content

When you submit a look, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share the preview images you upload.
• You labeled adult content correctly.
• Any mod links point to the creators official page, not a leak, re-upload, or unauthorized mirror.
• You credit creators accurately and do not claim someone elses work as your own.

You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting it, you give us permission to display and distribute it within Raimere so the catalog can work.

Things you may not do

• Post content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes someone elses rights.
• Link to leaked, stolen, or otherwise unauthorized copies of mods.
• Mislabel adult content, or post illegal, harmful, or hateful content.
• Harass other people, abuse the report system, or try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Creator rights and takedowns

We respect creators. If a look uses your work without permission, links to an unauthorized copy, miscredits you, or is mislabeled, you can report it or contact us and we will act on it. Verified requests of the form this is my work, please remove it are honored promptly. We can remove content and suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Mods and third-party tools

Raimere helps you find and apply glamours, but it does not provide the mods themselves and does not control the external pages it links to. Applying a look relies on third-party tools such as Glamourer and Penumbra. You install and use mods and tools at your own risk and under their own terms.

Donations

Raimere is free. If donations are offered, they are voluntary and do not buy content, mod access, or core features. Any supporter perks are cosmetic or convenience only.

The service is provided as it is

We work to keep Raimere running and accurate, but we provide it as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will be error free, or that any given look or link will work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Raimere and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service, from third-party mods or tools, or from content posted by others.

Suspension and changes

We may change, suspend, or stop any part of Raimere at any time. We may also update these terms, and if we do we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use Raimere after a change means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using Raimere at any time.
